This policy explains billing, cancellation, and refunds for MyCV.gg. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Free tier
The free tier is free forever. No payment details are required and you are never charged for it.
2. Pro subscription
Pro is a paid subscription billed in Saudi Riyal (SAR) through our payment provider (Moyasar). You choose a billing period (for example monthly, quarterly, or yearly) at checkout. Your subscription gives access to Pro features for the period you paid for.
3. No auto-renewal, nothing to cancel
Pro does not renew automatically and we never store your card. Each purchase is a one-time payment for the period you chose. When that period ends, your account simply returns to the free tier — there is nothing to cancel and no surprise charge. To keep Pro, you renew manually; renewing early adds to your remaining time. Letting Pro lapse never deletes your CVs.
4. Refunds
Because Pro is a digital service delivered immediately, the following applies:
- 3-day goodwill refund: if you change your mind about your first Pro purchase, email us within 3 days for a full refund — provided you have not used any AI feature (AI review or AI writing) during that time. Using an AI feature consumes the core paid value and makes the purchase non-refundable.
- Renewals: each renewal is a separate one-time payment; since nothing auto-renews, there is no future charge to stop.
- Duplicate or erroneous charges are refunded in full.
Refunds are handled manually by our team — they are reviewed and processed by hand, not automatically. We may make exceptions at our discretion. This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable Saudi consumer-protection law.
5. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with your account email and the reason. We review each request by hand; approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, with timing depending on your bank and our payment provider.
