These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MyCV.gg (the "Service"), operated by MyCV.gg, Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
MyCV.gg is an online tool for building, editing, and exporting CVs/résumés. It offers a free tier and, where available, a paid "Pro" plan. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. One person or entity per account.
3. Your content
You retain all rights to the information you enter (your "Content" — including your CV data). You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display your Content solely to operate the Service for you (for example, to render previews, generate PDFs, and — if you use the AI features — to produce suggestions). We do not sell your Content or use it for advertising.
4. AI features
The Service may offer AI-assisted review and writing. AI output is generated automatically, may be inaccurate or incomplete, and is provided to assist you — not to replace your judgment. You are responsible for reviewing and approving anything in your final CV. See our Privacy Policy for how Content is handled when you use AI.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the Service unlawfully; upload content that is illegal, infringing, or that you do not have the right to use; attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service; or use it to impersonate others or misrepresent facts in a way that is unlawful.
6. Plans, pricing, and payment
The free tier is provided at no cost. Pro is a paid subscription priced in Saudi Riyal (SAR) and billed through our payment provider. Prices, features, and limits may change; we will give notice of material changes where required. Payment, cancellation, and refund terms are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. Intellectual property
The Service — including its software, templates, designs, and brand — belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. These Terms grant you no rights in it except the right to use the Service as permitted. Your Content remains yours.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or where required by law. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g. ownership, disclaimers, liability) will survive.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any CV will result in employment.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or opportunities. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
