• A valid Saudi Council of Engineers membership number, since it is a legal requirement to practice and is checked before anything else.
• Project size in numbers: contract value, floors or lengths delivered, and duration, because that is what signals the level of responsibility you have carried.
• Primavera P6 and AutoCAD as a minimum, with Revit and BIM as a real advantage on major projects.
• Documented QA/QC experience with inspection and test plans, and a record of closing consultant observations.
• A valid driving licence and willingness to work on remote sites, since most large projects are not inside Riyadh or Jeddah.

• Leaving out the Saudi Council of Engineers number, or writing 'registration in progress' with no explanation, when it is the first filter applied.
• Naming a project without its value or your scope on it, which makes your actual level of responsibility impossible to judge.
• Repeating 'site follow-up' and 'consultant coordination' in identical wording under every job, so the experience reads as flat.
• Padding the skills section with software you have not really used, because one technical question in the interview exposes it.
• Using templates with tables, multiple columns, and logos, which break ATS parsing and deliver your experience truncated.

Write your summary in three or four lines in this order: title, years of experience, project type (buildings, roads, or infrastructure), SCE membership, then your largest achievement with its number. Example: 'Civil Engineer with 8 years delivering residential buildings, SCE registered, supervised SAR 400M of civil works and handed over three towers ahead of contract date.' Put both 'Civil Engineer' and the Arabic title in the first line, because the ATS matches the job title literally.
