Example: 'HSE Officer with 7 years on industrial projects, NEBOSH IGC and OSHA 30 certified, reduced TRIR from 1.8 to 0.7 on a 640-worker site.' Put the certificate name in the first line because the ATS matches 'NEBOSH' literally, and put the number right after it for the human reader.
